Have become a compliance director by 35 years old. Previously a compliance officer at Vodafone (HQ), Fiat and FirstGroup. Brian has also been coaching numerous compliance officers helping them to advance their careers.
Being both a former recruiter and currently a compliance officer, Brian will share actionable strategies how to stand out in the job market, get promotions and salary increases, and build a career internationally in this dynamic industry.
Previously a compliance officer at e& (Etisalat), Veon Group, Alcoa and DLA Piper. Artem got his first compliance job at 24 years old at the headquarters of Alcoa Corporation in the US.
Artem has both extensive experience in hiring people for compliance roles as well himself going through compliance interviews with major Fortune 500 companies. He has also been mentoring several compliance professionals with their job search efforts and getting offers.

What knowledge and skills are required to take the course?
Ideally, you should already have some ethics & compliance or legal experience to make this course efficient.
Will there be any homework?
Yes, at the first module we will send you the Career Strategy Map and for each module you will have to do certain excercises there. If you do all such exercises, by the end of the course you should have a clear career strategy for the next 6 - 12 months.

You’ll participate in 12 structured in-person online sessions, each lasting around 1-1.5 hour, where we will clearly and practically guide you through the step-by-step process of elevating your compliance career (either by growing in your company or getting an external job).
